Debt Busters is the condensed version of Concord's Principles & Priorities exercise. Unlike Principles & Priorities, this activity takes only about forty minutes to complete. In that time, participants will learn the basics of budget reform and will encounter the same tough choices that make solving the deficit so difficult. Debt Buster categories include discretionary spending, health care, security, entitlement spending, and various tax policies. As participants move through these categories, they can track and sum the effects of their policy decisions on the tally sheet provided.
