CONCORD, N.H. -- Two outspoken advocates of comprehensive fiscal reform, former Senators Judd Gregg (R-N.H.) and Evan Bayh (D-Ind.), will speak April 2 in Concord on the rising federal debt and why the 2016 presidential contenders should offer credible plans to deal with it.

The luncheon program, which will include a discussion of the implications for New Hampshire and primary voters, will run from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership and Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire.
